john travis holt The purpose of this document is to define the User Experience andUI architecture to reflect the business needs detailed in the Requirements Definition Document (RDD) for Store Productivity Expansion Program. The architecture is presented in the form of wireframes and annotations. Both will represent intended usage of each screen and component, thereby setting the framework for development and visual design executions. According to Jeff Sauro, he was first introduced to personas in the late 90′s in the book, The Inmates are Running the Asylum by Alan Cooper.  “Cooper, however, wasn’t the originator of the concept. It had been around in some form in marketing and advertising for decades.”
